- Olive Oil
- Dried tomatoes (optional)
- Red Pepper Flakes
Chop Asparagus into bite size pieces, set aside. Cook olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes and dried tomatoes in a large pan. Cook on medium heat until sizzling. Add chopped asparagus and cover. Stir occasionally. Cook until desired tenderness! Put in bowl and sprinkle with Feta. We like to use the tomato/basil feta, but any crumbled feta will be wonderful!
