Avocado and caramelized onion grilled ham and cheese!
In a skillet cook onions in olive oil until tender and set aside.
In the same skillet cook ham until warm and set aside.
Assemble grilled cheese with cheese touching the bread on both sides and sandwich the onions, mayo, avocado and ham in the middle.
Cook until melted.
Pair with tomato soup and ENJOY! 🙂
